Run by the owner, not a call center.

I'm Samuel. I run S New Roof here in Santa Ana. We handle emergency repairs, tile work, wood replacement, and commercial maintenance. When your roof leaks at midnight during a storm, we're the crew that shows up in under an hour and stops the water. We've been doing this long enough to know that speed and honesty matter more than a fancy truck.

Most of our work comes from property managers and homeowners who got burned by companies that don't answer the phone or drag a two-hour job into three days. We quote it straight, we start when we say we will, and we clean up when we're done. If it's raining and your ceiling is dripping, call us. If you just need a few tiles replaced before the next storm, call us. We'll be there.

If a problem comes back inside the warranty window, we come back. No paperwork hoops.
