How fast can you get here for an emergency leak?
If you call during a storm, we're usually on-site in under an hour. We keep trucks ready and we live in the area. For non-emergencies, we can usually schedule same-day or next-day service.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. We handle apartment complexes, retail centers, and office buildings. A lot of our commercial clients keep us on call for routine inspections and fast repairs when tenants report leaks.
Will you try to sell me a whole new roof if I just need a repair?
No. If a repair will hold for years, that's what I'll recommend. If the roof is too far gone, I'll tell you why and show you the damage. You decide what makes sense for your budget.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Santa Ana and we cover the surrounding cities. If you're within 20 minutes of us, we can get there fast. Call and we'll let you know.
Do you clean up after the job?
Always. We haul off old materials, sweep the driveway and walkways, and run a magnet over the yard to pick up nails. You shouldn't have to touch anything after we leave.
