Job Site Cleanup
We haul off debris, sweep the driveway, and leave your property cleaner than we found it.
Job site cleanup is part of how we work. When we finish your roof, we don't leave you with nails, shingles, and plywood scattered across your yard and driveway. We sweep, we haul, and we make sure the site looks like we were never there. It's standard for us, not an add-on.
Santa Ana's heat means debris sits around fast and attracts problems. We work through the day and clean as we go, then do a final sweep at the end of each day. We use tarps to contain material and haul it off in our trucks. If you have a pool or landscaping, we're careful around it.
You get back a clean property. No nails left behind for a flat tire later. No shingle granules in your gutters. You can walk your yard barefoot the day after we're done. That's what cleanup means to us.
What's included: Daily sweep and debris containment during work; Final site inspection and nail sweep with magnet; Hauling of all roofing waste and materials; Driveway and walkway cleaning; Tarp protection for landscaping and pools.
Job Site Cleanup — FAQ
Do you clean up every day or just at the end?
We clean as we go during the day to keep the site safe. Then we do a full sweep and haul at the end of each workday. By the time we leave, the area is ready for you to use.
What happens to all the old roofing material?
We haul it away in our trucks and take it to a local recycling facility. You don't have to arrange a dumpster or deal with disposal.
Will you find all the nails?
We use a magnetic sweeper on driveways and walkways and do a detailed walk-through of the yard. We catch the vast majority. If you find a stray nail later, let us know and we'll come back out.
